Class Description

In this intermediate course, learn how to get the sought-after effect of crackling cells left behind by a shellac burn. You’ll be introduced to a variety of techniques and shellac additives that allow you to get the desired look. All material fees are included in the class fee, allowing you to walk away with a completed piece. *It’s recommended to take the Introduction to Encaustics course or to have prior encaustic painting knowledge prior to taking this class.
